I have found the problem that was causing all this. It was a plugin (Category Access) that i have updated to the new version but it was compatible with the wordpress v2.3.2 but i was using v2.2.1 so after the instalation it was calling the taxonomy table that it was not existing. I have rolled back to the previous plugin version and everything it's working great again. Thanks for your help.
